Coaticom produces continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic prepregs and laminates, that can be used in a variety of applications. Our RapidTP line includes a wide range of impregnated fabrics, with different polymers, additives, and even colors. The “Semi-Preg products can be coated on one or two sides, or even selective coating area, all according to your special needs. The Thermoplastic process is cost-effective, flexible & environmentally friendly, and can be tailor-made according to the customer’s needs. Moreover, the Thermoplastic products have a longer shelf life, no storage, nor transportation limitations, and (*depending on the polymer) they can have environmental resistance, vibration dampening, low flammability characteristics, and exceptional toughness.
